These Terms of Service govern your use of the website at https://www.cardflight.buzz and your dealings with Chef Bugsy, LLC when you order at the service window, book the truck for catering, or arrange a private event. Chef Bugsy, LLC is a street food kitchen with its business address at 8098 W Thoreau Dr, Magna - 84044-2815, United States (US). By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website and speak with the crew before you order.
We have kept the wording direct so that a neighbor, a host or a buyer can read the whole document in one sitting. Every section has its own heading, and the contact details at the end are the same ones printed on the truck.
1. Acceptance of These Terms
By visiting this website, sending a message through the contact form, calling the truck, or ordering food at the window, you accept these Terms of Service and agree to follow them. If you are booking on behalf of a company, a family or a group, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that group and that the people involved will be told the key booking details.
These terms apply together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal information. Where the two documents overlap, the Privacy Policy governs questions about data and these terms govern questions about the food, the website and the booking relationship. A failure by Chef Bugsy, LLC to enforce a part of these terms on one occasion does not waive the right to enforce it later.
2. About the Business
Chef Bugsy, LLC is a limited liability company operating a street food kitchen from a service window truck. The company prepares smash burgers, loaded fries and hand-spun shakes, runs a weekly route, and provides catering and private event service. The business address is 8098 W Thoreau Dr, Magna - 84044-2815, United States (US). The contact email is sales@cardflight.buzz and the contact phone is +16206597460.
This website is a brochure and a booking aid. It is not a shop, it does not process orders online and it does not take card details. The service relationship begins when you speak with the crew, whether at the ledge, by phone or by email, and it is confirmed when a booking record is agreed by both sides.
3. Use of the Website
You may use this website for your own lawful purposes: to read about the menu, check the services, find the route calendar, review the legal pages and send us a message. You may print a page for personal use or share a link with friends and neighbors. You may not copy the site wholesale, scrape its content at scale, or present it as your own work.
You agree not to interfere with the website, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, upload malicious code, or use automated tools in a way that burdens the hosting service. You also agree not to use the contact form to send spam, unlawful content or messages that impersonate another person or another business.
We may suspend access to the website for maintenance or security work. Because the site is small and static, an outage is usually brief, but we do not promise that every page will be available at every moment.
5. Orders at the Service Window
Orders are placed at the ledge and prepared in the order they reach the pass. A paper ticket records the build and the name for pickup. You are responsible for checking the ticket and collecting the correct bag when your order is called. Food left at the window after a reasonable time may be discarded for safety reasons, and no refund is due in that case.
We may limit the number of items per guest during a busy service, and we may close the window early when the line reaches capacity. The crew will say so plainly. Group orders for more than a few people should be arranged in advance by phone so that we can plan the load on the flat top and keep the public line moving.
Once an item has been handed over, it is yours. If something is wrong, tell the crew before you leave the ledge and we will do our best to correct it. If you have already driven away, call +16206597460 and describe the problem so we can make a fair decision.
6. Payments and Receipts
We accept payment at the window through the card reader or in cash. Card details are handled by the payment processor and its reader, not by the crew and not by this website. We do not store card security codes and we do not write full card numbers on paper.
Prices are stated in United States dollars. Any applicable sales tax is added in line with local rules. For catering and events, a deposit may be required to hold the date, and the balance is due by the date stated in the booking record. We will issue a receipt for every payment, and we ask that you keep it for your own records.
If a payment is reversed without a valid reason, we may ask for another form of payment and may pause a booking until the issue is resolved. We will not use a chargeback as an excuse to avoid a legitimate complaint, and we ask for the same good faith in return.
7. Catering and Block Parties
Catering and block party service brings the truck to your street or venue for an agreed service window. A booking is confirmed when we accept the headcount band, the menu, the service time and the location in writing. The host should provide a clear parking area, a level surface and enough room for the service line to form safely.
Headcount is agreed in advance. We cook to that figure plus a small buffer, and we may adjust the menu upward if the crowd grows, subject to stock and time. If the crowd is much smaller than agreed, the booking total is normally based on the confirmed number rather than the number who attend, because the food has already been prepared and loaded.
The truck carries its own power and water for a normal service. If the site cannot support a safe setup, the crew may need to adjust the plan, move the truck or stop service. The host will be told as soon as a problem is found, and both sides will work to complete as much of the event as safely possible.
8. Private Event Bookings
Private events include office lunches, shop openings, team nights, family reunions and similar hires. A private booking usually reserves the whole truck and removes it from the public route for that day. The written record sets out the date, the arrival time, the service window, the menu, the headcount and the deposit.
The host agrees to provide safe access for a large vehicle, a parking area that does not block fire lanes or hydrants, and any permits the venue requires. If a permit or a venue rule stops the truck from operating, the host is responsible for resolving it, and we will help where we can. We keep a copy of our food safety records and our insurance certificate and can send them on request.
Guests at a private event remain guests of the host. The host is responsible for the conduct of the group and for any damage caused by guests to the truck or its equipment.
9. Cancellations and Refunds
For a window order, a refund is considered when an item is not as described or cannot be served. Because food is made to order, a change of mind after the item is cooked is not normally a ground for a refund, but the crew will listen and act fairly.
For a catering or private booking, cancellation terms are stated in the booking record. As a general guide, a deposit covers the cost of stock, crew time and the lost opportunity to book another event on that date. A cancellation close to the event may mean the deposit is not returned. If we cancel for our own reasons, we will refund the deposit and help you find another date.
If severe weather or a road closure makes a stop unsafe, we will treat the booking as postponed rather than cancelled and work with the host on a new date. Refunds for a weather event are handled case by case, with the aim of being fair to both sides.
10. Route Changes and Weather
The weekly route calendar is a plan, not a guarantee. A stop may move, start late or close early because of weather, a road closure, a vehicle fault, a permit issue or a family emergency. We post a change as soon as we know and we try to update the calendar before the truck is due at the stop.
If you are travelling to a stop, check the calendar or call +16206597460 before you set out. We do not reimburse travel costs for a missed stop, and we ask guests to plan a visit with that in mind. When a stop is moved within the same neighborhood, we will post the new location on the same page.
Winter service follows the same rules. The truck runs when the road and the site are safe. The crew never takes a risk with a heavy vehicle on ice just to keep a schedule.
11. Allergies and Dietary Needs
Our kitchen handles wheat, dairy, egg, soy, sesame and nuts, and the flat top is shared. We take allergy notes seriously, but we cannot promise a completely allergen free item from a small shared kitchen. Tell the crew about an allergy before you order so we can describe the preparation and help you choose.
If a guest has a severe allergy, the person responsible for that guest should decide whether the shared kitchen is suitable. We will answer questions honestly, including when the honest answer is that an item is not safe for a particular need. We do not provide medical advice and we do not guarantee an allergen free environment.
Dietary preferences such as a meat free or low salt option are handled with the same care. Ask at the ledge and the crew will tell you what can be adapted on that day without compromising the rest of the service.
12. Site Access and Event Host Duties
For any booking away from our usual stops, the host provides a clear and legal place to park the truck, a level surface, and access to the site for setup and cleanup. The host also confirms that the venue allows mobile food service and that any required permit has been obtained. We can advise on our space needs in advance.
The host should keep the service area clear of vehicles, bins and loose items, and should tell guests where to form a line. If the truck needs to leave before the agreed time, the crew will explain why. If a site condition causes a delay, the host and the crew will agree how to adjust the service window.
After the event, the crew removes food waste, wrappers and packaging that belong to the truck. The host manages general venue waste. Both sides leave the site in a condition that keeps the relationship friendly for the next booking.
13. Conduct at the Window
We ask every guest to treat the crew and the other guests with respect. Abuse, threats, harassment, discrimination and deliberate damage to the truck are not tolerated. The crew may refuse service to anyone who behaves in a way that makes the window unsafe, and may ask a person to leave the area.
Please keep the line moving, keep children close to you, and keep dogs away from the ledge unless they are service animals. Do not reach across the ledge or into the truck. If you need help carrying a large order, ask and the crew will pass it through the window in stages.
We are a small team and we remember faces. A calm conversation almost always solves a problem faster than a loud one, and we will always try to meet a reasonable request.
14. Intellectual Property
The text, layout, styles and images on this website belong to Chef Bugsy, LLC unless a credit says otherwise. The business name, the service window design and the menu descriptions are part of the identity of the company. You may share a link and quote a short passage with a clear credit, but you may not copy the site or use the branding in a way that suggests a connection you do not have.
Photographs taken by our crew may be used on the website and in printed material. If you appear in a photograph and want it removed, contact us with the page and a description, and we will review the request promptly.
Any feedback or suggestion you send us about the menu or the service may be used to improve the business without obligation or payment, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
15. Third Party Links and Services
This website may link to a map service, a payment page or another outside site. Those sites are not under our control, and their own terms and privacy notices apply. A link is not an endorsement of everything on the destination page.
Payments, email delivery and hosting are provided by outside companies. We choose providers with care, but we cannot guarantee their continuous availability. If a provider outage delays a reply or a payment, we will tell you and offer a practical alternative.
Do not send card details or passwords through a link or form that we have not confirmed. Our real contact details are printed in these terms and on every page of this site.
16. Disclaimers
The website is provided on an as available basis. While we work to keep the information accurate, we do not promise that every page is free of error or that the route calendar reflects an unposted change. Use the site as a guide and confirm time sensitive details by phone.
Food is prepared and served with professional care, but no kitchen can guarantee a particular outcome for every guest. To the extent the law allows, Chef Bugsy, LLC disclaims implied warranties that are not expressly stated in these terms or in a written booking record.
Nothing in these terms removes a right that consumer law gives you and that cannot be waived by agreement. If a clause conflicts with such a right, the right prevails and the rest of the terms continue to apply.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the extent the law allows, Chef Bugsy, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost opportunity or loss of data arising from the use of this website or from a missed stop. Our total liability for a window order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
For a catering or private booking, our total liability is limited to the amount paid for that booking, unless a different figure is stated in the written record. These limits do not apply to injury or loss caused by our negligence where the law does not allow such a limit, and they do not apply to fraud or to any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We are not responsible for a delay caused by a road closure, a severe storm, a power failure at the venue, a venue rule or another event outside our reasonable control. In such a case we will work with you on a fair solution, which may include a new date.
18. Indemnity
If you book the truck for a group, you agree to cover reasonable losses that Chef Bugsy, LLC suffers because of your breach of these terms, your unsafe conduct at the site, or a claim from a guest that arises from information you supplied to us that was wrong or incomplete.
This duty does not apply to the extent a loss is caused by our own negligence or by a failure on our side to follow the law or the agreed plan. We will tell you promptly if a claim arises and will give you a reasonable chance to respond before we settle it.
19. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah and the applicable federal law of the United States. If a dispute arises, both sides agree to try to resolve it through a direct conversation first. Write to sales@cardflight.buzz with the facts and the outcome you are seeking, and we will reply within a reasonable time.
If a direct conversation does not resolve the matter, the dispute may be brought in the state or federal courts with jurisdiction over the business address at 8098 W Thoreau Dr, Magna - 84044-2815, United States (US). Both sides agree to those courts and waive any objection to the location.
Nothing in this section prevents either side from seeking urgent relief to protect safety, property or confidential information. The section headings are for convenience only and do not change the meaning of the text.
20. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms when the service changes, when a new booking practice is introduced, or when the law requires a different wording. The revised terms take effect when they are posted on this page with a new effective date. A booking already confirmed keeps the terms that applied when it was agreed, unless both sides agree to the change in writing.
We will post a short note on the homepage when a material change is made. If you continue to use the website after the new date, you accept the revised terms for future activity.
Earlier versions are kept on file so that a question about a past booking can be answered accurately.
21. Contact Details
For any question about these terms, a booking or a complaint, contact Chef Bugsy, LLC at sales@cardflight.buzz or call +16206597460. Our address is 8098 W Thoreau Dr, Magna - 84044-2815, United States (US). Business hours are listed on the contact page.
When you write, include your name, the best way to reach you and a short description of the matter. For a booking, add the date and the location so the right record can be found quickly.
These terms are written to be read, not to hide a trap. If a sentence is unclear, call +16206597460 and ask for a plain explanation before you agree to a booking.
